We want you to love your Mattel Store fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
